Description
We are looking for a Social Media Administrator to respond to comments and DMs. Social Media Admin responsibilities include posting content on our social media, resolving audiences' queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our audiences’ trust.
Responsibilities
- Use social media tools to release content to our social channels
- Engage with our audience through a variety of social media channels
- Respond to audience queries promptly via chat or comments
- Monitor complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Gather audience feedback through social media and share it with our team
- Stay up to date with new and emerging trends to help keep our social media presence consistently relevant
Qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong familiarity with social media tools
- Significant knowledge of our brand and mascot
- Have extensive knowledge of the industry our brand engages in
- Have a consuming interest, in anime, manga, video games, and KPop culture
- Preferably experienced in handling social media
- Preferably staying in Bandung or willing to stay in Bandung
