Description
We are looking for a Creative Director to provide our creative team with guidance and ideas. You will devise creative concepts and help the creative team with our marketing efforts. You will implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that will make its way to the variety of our marketing channels. You will be in charge of our in-house creative department including copywriter, designer, and videographer.
The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and be a prolific generator of dynamic ideas that connect with our audiences while also exceptional at pitching creative concepts as well as communicating ideas and creating concepts for the team.
Responsibilities
- Conceive and implement concepts and guidelines in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
- Direct the creative teams to help them use their talents effectively
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
- Review and approve/revise art and copy developed by the team, approve/reject ideas, and provide feedback to the creative team ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectively
- Ensure that all of the organization’s creative output is consistent with the overall brand
Qualification
- Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role
- Strong creative vision, with an eye on business objectives
- Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate the creative vision, concepts, and ideas
- Proficiency in leading a team of diverse, talented creatives
- A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
- A solid grasp of visual arts, pop culture, and current trends
- Have a consuming interest, in anime, manga, video games, and KPop culture
- Preferably staying in Bandung or willing to stay in Bandung
